The upcoming weeks leading to your wedding are packed with anticipation and preparation. I’m genuinely thrilled to dive deeper into the intricate aspects of your wedding plans, So can i kindly get all those nitty-gritty details by completing this form.

I will use the details for your day planner and timeline, so i know exactly where to be and whats going off.

  •  Best endeavours.s will be made to ensure the requested photographs are taken, but the photographer(s) cannot be held responsible for any omissions due to missing family/friends or unexpected events on the day. Please allow 2-5 minutes per group.
  • If you don’t know all the answers just yet because your wedding is a while away then don’t worry, we can always fill in the gaps at a later date.

(Please ask). - Planning Note: For Church weddings check with the Vicar / priest about the duration of the ceremony and let your wedding coordinator know. Don’t forget you’ll want some time outside church to meet and greet family and friends so plan to leave church at least 20 -25 minutes after the end of the ceremony before starting the journey to the reception.

Travelling time between two locations if applicable (Approx). When travelling some distance or into a city centre are there any sporting fixtures or other events which will affect the route or journey time?
- Planning Note: If marrying at a church I always recommend 3 hours 30 minutes between ceremony start time and sit down time for the meal. This allows 20 -25 minutes outside church after the ceremony and the journey time to the reception venue.
Sit down time – if having a receiving line please include both times.
Are Speeches before or after your wedding breakfast? - If your not doing speeches let me know.
Would you like a slideshow (TV screen) in the evening displaying photos from the day
Please let me know of anything different, special or out of the ordinary that might be happening so that I can be prepared and ready. for example, confetti cannons, surprises, smoke bombs, Fireworks, gifts etc
If so, please indicate the address, postcode and a telephone number where the bride will be leaving from, along with the time wedding car is booked to arrive for bridesmaids.
Planning Note: We always arrive at the church or ceremony venue at least thirty to forty minutes before the start of the ceremony. This means we will leave the preparation location around forty minutes before the bride. If you would like photos once dressed, reaction photographs etc. you will need to allow for this in your timings if it’s a 20 minute journey to church we’ll leave you one hour before the ceremony. Sadly hair and make up don’t often run to schedule so please factor in some buffer time or organise for the brides hair and make up not to be the last one so we can take the photos you’d like.

Children – please include names and details of any children of either the bride or groom / both.
Typically bride and groom will ask for a number of formal images to be taken on the day regardless of wedding package. The typical number of groups is around 10-15. This usually takes between 10 and 20 minutes. - Please note that the more you add the longer they will take. Thirty groups will take up to one hour as the breakdowns become more complex. - Sometimes we are asked to photograph the bride and groom with all bride family (extended) and all groom family (extended). These two photos are very rarely used in the wedding album and will add around ten minutes to the photo list.
If you have any specific photo requirements outside the normal group pictures (Family, etc), please indicate them here. Please be aware the more you add the longer it will take, any additional groups within this section will increase photo time by around four minutes per group. On the day I will endeavour to take all photographs on your list however due to time constraints it may not be possible to complete your list.
