Based in Mansfield, Nottingham, and photographing weddings across Nottingham, Derby, the East Midlands and wherever your plans take you.

I’m there to keep things calm, capture the real stuff, and make sure the photography never takes over your day.
Most of the time, I’ll blend in and let things unfold naturally.
When it comes to couple photos, I’ll guide you into relaxed portraits that feel like you. Sometimes that’s natural movement, sometimes it’s a bit of direction, sometimes it’s a fake laugh, a TikTok trend, or just shaking it out and seeing what happens.
No pressure. No perfection. Just whatever works in the moment.

I’m there for the big moments and the in-between ones.
The nerves before the ceremony. The hugs that last a second longer. The laugh you didn’t realise anyone noticed. I’ll read the room, keep things calm, and step in only when it adds something.

Group photos won’t take over your day. We’ll get them done quickly and painlessly, I promise.
Couple portraits are guided, relaxed, and never stiff.
Sometimes it’s a gentle direction, sometimes it’s movement, and sometimes it’s just giving you space to be yourselves.
Most of the time, you’ll forget I’m even there.

Wow what can I say Rachael was amazing she is passionate she is caring and most of all she is brilliant I’m not one for photos but Rachael made it fun and put me at ease (she never stops working) I couldn’t of ask for anymore because she went above and beyond all expectations I can honestly say the wedding wouldn’t of been the same without her and she made the day perfect for us.
From the second she introduced herself to me on the day, she immediately had me at ease. We found out on the day that we couldn’t use a certain part of our venue for photos, as it was already being used. So before I knew it, Rachael had gone off and found some lovely areas a short drive away and took us there.
Absolutely brilliant, the photos just say it all. Rachael answered any questions I had, was very friendly and approachable by myself and the wedding guests. Also not afraid to tell people if they need to move in or out, and clear the background to ensure all pictures are perfect.
Couldn’t ask for a better photographer on our wedding day! Rachael could put us more at ease, from the planning/prep all the way to the last photo taken on the day. Felt more like having a friend taking photos rather than a serious photo shoot. After seeing just a few sneak peek photos from our wedding yesterday, we’re already over the moon with how amazing the photos are!
Rachel’s skill and professionalism throughout the whole process from start to finish off our wedding photography was sublime. The uniqueness and creativity she has used in our photos is outstanding. My wife and I were put at ease the whole day, and we couldn’t thank Rachael enough.
Rachael recently photographed my friend’s wedding. Rachael was amazing, the photograph quality is superb, her creative vision is truly unique. She was non-intrusive throughout the day, so she managed to capture some lovely candid shots, but equally managed to direct us efficiently for the staged photos. Highly recommend.

Once the confetti’s settled and you’re riding that just-married buzz, I’ll be behind the scenes bringing your photos together.
While you enjoy the honeymoon bubble, I’ll be hand-editing your gallery and pulling together the moments that tell the story of your day properly.
You’ll receive a small preview within 48 hours, just enough to relive it all again. Your full gallery will be ready within 4–6 weeks.
