A warm welcome to my website, I’m a Wedding, Newborn and family photographer based in Mansfield, Nottingham.

Older baby photography in Mansfield, Nottingham. Milestone and older baby photography is called a Sitter Session. It’s an opportunity to capture that next development stage, where the baby sits up unaided. You will love it! This is probably the cutest session ever.

A sitter session will typically occur when your child is between six to nine months of age, but there is no exact or correct time since all babies achieve milestones at slightly different ages.

You want your baby to be able to sit up unaided before they can crawl away!   
This allows us to sit them on the floor or in a prop and capture that adorable image of them looking around and smiling. Just bring them!
The majority of parents also like to come in around the six-month mark since it represents the halfway point to the first birthday and cake smash

Your Baby Sitting – a major milestone!

 Being able to sit up all on your own is an exciting time for your little one.
They are now seeing the world from a whole new perspective; they are also interacting more with you as they explore everything from a different angle, which deserves to be captured as this phase will never happen again.

When you choose us to be your older baby photographer in Mansfield, Nottingham, your child will interact with us, and that little personality will show through! They proudly display their funny little expressions and quirky little ways that you grow to recognise and love as a parent.

This is also a great opportunity to capture the bond between them and their siblings. Older brothers and sisters are also welcome to join in the session.

  • Consultation before the session to make your session as bespoke and personal to you as possible.
  • Siblings and family together are encouraged and are at no extra cost.
  • Up to 1 hour in my studio.
  • Me, I’m a qualified specialist photographer.
  • An abundance of patience.
  • Use of all props and accessories I own within my studio.
  • A face-to-face viewing and ordering by appointment to view your photographs.
  • Editing and retouching your final photographs to the highest standard.

YOUR BOOKING FEE IS £99.00 – Please remember that this will also come off your chosen package.

SO THIS IS HOW IT WORKS...

This is probably the cutest session ever. You will love it!
We will have an enjoyable session and capture your beautiful child to its fullest, this session is where their personalities start to shine!

After your session I will aim to get you a sneaky preview within 48 hours, it’s normally done via Facebook (if you allow me to and you could be in with a chance of winning that photograph as a FREE print).

You will be invited to view your photos, normally within a few weeks of your session.
Once you’ve viewed your gallery you’ll know what photos you love and what you can envision in your home, in an album, or as a gift.
I have samples of almost everything I offer, so if you would like to see something just ask.

Once you have chosen the photographs you want and how you wish to display them, I can then work my magic so they are ready for you to show off OR for you to enjoy all to yourself, but we can discuss all this at a later date.

There is a minimum order fee of £249.
The prices below are all-inclusive packages, I try to keep my prices as transparent as possible so there are no hidden costs.
You choose your package when you come for your face-to-face viewing and ordering appointment, this means you don’t have to decide or commit to a package until you have seen your photos.

There is a minimum 50% payment on all orders due at your ordering appointment and the balance is paid on or before you collect your order.

Hi, I’m Rachael

Photographing a newborn baby gives me the chance to create the most wonderful memories for them. 

I’m able to photograph emotion, love and new beginnings!
It allows me to freeze time within that photo, these are moments to treasure and I love what I do.
