It’s nice to meet you

As a mum, I understand the true value of a meaningful photograph.
What I wouldn’t give for a special photo of my mum and me. That’s why creating beautiful memories for others feels like such an honour.

Freezing time through a photo is priceless, and I wouldn’t trade this job for anything.

Family means everything to me. I’ve recently earned my new favourite title, Nanna, which still makes me smile. I’m also a bit of a perfectionist, especially during newborn sessions, where tiny fingers, toes, and all the little details really matter.

Who am i?

I’m just a gal who genuinely loves her job, and her family too, of course. I’m happiest behind the camera, tea in hand, quietly soaking everything in. I’m a Midlands-based photographer specialising in weddings, newborns, and family milestones, and I’ve been doing this for over 13 years.

I’m passionate about capturing real emotions. Tears of joy, big laughs, quiet moments, and those little connections that mean everything later on. I can honestly say I love what I do.
I keep things natural, easy, and fun. I’ll help when things get busy, step back when they don’t, and make sure you feel comfortable, even if being in front of a camera isn’t usually your thing.

Weddings – I work in a mostly documentary way, letting your day unfold as it happens. I’ll guide you when it helps, especially for portraits and group photos, but nothing forced or awkward. Calm when it matters. Confident when it counts. Always on your side.
I care deeply about how your day feels, not just how it looks. The nerves before the ceremony, the proud family glances, the chaos on the dance floor. That’s what I’m there to notice and capture.

Title upgrade

I’ve recently earned my new favourite title, Nanna, and I’m still not over it.
I’ve not changed my phone screensaver photo this amount of times before, and yes, of course, we had to do a pumpkin photoshoot.

What do I LOVE

I love a holiday and I love the sun, even though the sun absolutely does not love me back. Fair skin and red hair mean I go from pale to tomato in record time, and any tan disappears somewhere over the clouds on the way home.
I’m a big fan of a good TV series, so recommendations are always welcome. I can binge with the best of them.

My biggest supporters – my family

I’ve always loved capturing those moments you don’t realise are treasures at the time.
The ones you look back on years later, laughing, reminiscing, and saying “awh” all over again.
Every photo holds a memory, and I’m a big believer in prints that live on a wall or in albums, not just on phones.

I’ve been happily married to my husband and best friend, Dan, for over 22 years. We have four amazing children, two boys and two girls, who make us incredibly proud. Watching them grow into hardworking, kind-hearted people has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and I know their nanna would be just as proud too.
My mum holds a very special place in my heart, and I miss her dearly. That’s why preserving family memories through photography means so much to me. Photos become even more precious with time.

Reach out

If you’re still here, that’s a good sign.
You like my photos, and my style feels right.

The next step is easy: get in touch. I promise I don’t bite.

The quickest way is usually WhatsApp. I’m normally pretty quick to reply, unless I’m in the studio, at a wedding, or in full noddy land catching up on sleep.
Whether it’s your wedding day or your newborn baby, my goal is simple. To create photos you’ll genuinely treasure.
Family photos matter more than we realise, even I don’t have enough of my own. The granddaughter, on the other hand, already has quite the collection.
