Prom Night Reunion

Who would’ve guessed that a prom night would be the starting point of a beautiful tale? Not me! Flashback to the prom, where I first Photographed Kelli and Rory, and little did I know, it was just the beginning of capturing their love story through my lens.

A Friendship Beyond Clicks

Fast forward to their wedding day—my daughter’s longtime friend, Kelli, and her charming groom, Rory, decided to tie the knot, and I was honoured to be their wedding photographer.

The air was filled with both joy and tinge of sadness in the air as Kelli’s grandad stepped in to give her away. With Kelli’s dad watching from above, Rory’s heartfelt gesture of taking her grandad’s hand was so heartwarming to see.

Rain or Shine, Love Prevails

As the day progressed, so did the weather challenges. The light slowly slipped away, and raindrops made an appearance, but that didn’t stop us from capturing the magic. A quick escape before the speeches led to some personal couple photos, with a surprise slip over a veil toss that added a touch of spontaneity.
Kelli’s brother, Kieran, also helped add his touch with pink smoke bombs.

Now, Alfreton Hall, with its classic charm, played host to the grand finale. It was like our love story got its own fairy-tale stage. The venue added a touch of elegance that matched the grandeur of our feelings – simple yet profound

Heartfelt Mementos and Unforgettable Moments

Kelli’s dad’s crocs made a stylish appearance during bride prep and even on the dance floor—oversized, but filled with sentimental value.
The evening turned goofy with oversized orange sunglasses, a quirky tribute to Kelli’s dad, creating moments that will last a lifetime.

Fireside Warmth and Photobooth Delights

A welcoming open fire embraced the guests with warmth, setting the perfect ambience for love and laughter. The photo booth stole the show, sending goofy captures directly to phones and even offering boomerangs—a hit among the guests.

Cheese on Toast and Pizza Dreams

As the night unfolded, freshly baked pizzas stole the spotlight. They even crafted a plain and boring one (as per my request), turning it into a glorified cheese on toast—a delicious twist and just the way I like it, haha I don’t like the puree.
The evening was a whirlwind of laughter, joy, and delicious bites.
